How to book
Rooms: you can book directly from the site’s booking or send a request via the form, an e-mail to info@pennarhotel.it or call us at 0424 462371. We guarantee the best price available.
Table: you can request a table via the form on the Contact page.
Check-in/check-out
We welcome hotel guests from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Check-out is from 9:00 to 11:00.
Reception
The reception desk is open daily from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm to ask for any useful information about your stay and pick up tourist brochures of the area.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily at the restaurant hall from 7:30 to 9:30 am. Sleepers, don’t worry: the bar is always open, with standard breakfast.
Restaurant
The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 14:00 and 19:30 to 21:00.
Bar
The Pennar bar is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Parking
Parking is private and free, with free access all day.
Accessibility
The facility has an elevator and is accessible for people with disabilities. Common areas don’t have any architectural barrier.
Food allergies and intolerances
Please inform us at the time of booking.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the room and inside the facility. It’s permitted to smoke on the balconies and in the external area.
Animals
Animals are welcome in both the hotel and restaurant, as long as they are polite! We only ask for a 40 € extra for the room’s cleaning and sanitization.
Booking policy
Rates
Rates quoted are per night and per room, excluding tourist tax which will be charged locally.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax à € 2.00 per person per single overnight stay up to a maximum of 10 consecutive days. Payment is required on the spot.
Single room
The single room surcharge is 20% on the reference rate.
Client cancellation
Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: we give you a coupon equal to the paid amount, to be used in our hotel.
Cancellation up to 3 days before arrival: we give you a coupon equal to the 25% of the paid amount, to be used in our hotel.
Cancellation by hotel
Hotel Pennar reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation in the event that for any reason it finds anomalies in the price and/or duration of the reservation in question. In this case, any deposit or balance made will be refunded immediately by bank transfer.
